it doesn't look like much development - but actually it does. more of finishing touches of the walls to smoothen them.
work also started in audio room - i have asked my contractor to install speakers wire (concealed) all around the room for front and rear speakers. right now i only own front speakers - hopefully some day i can afford nice rear speakers. if only i could own
