i visited Whxxehoxse (fill in the blanks) to purchase bathroom tiles at Selayang just before they closed. ugh...that will be the last time. for one, the staff wont be running for Ms Congeniality this year...or next. secondly, the selections are lousy (yeah, sure...buy made in Malaysia!) and couple that with the ice-cold staff makes the whole experience very unpleasant. they may have thought they have got excellent ideas how to run a business (the building is super duper huge with GF housing a/c and 1F reserves for HUGE showroom) with helpdesk, info center and sales people having clear definitions of job responsibility but with no customer service, it all means shit to me. what's worse, despite having huge building none of the tiles is  store there. one still has to go to Jalan Ipoh to get the tiles...either that, or wait for 4 days when Jalan Ipoh & Selayang are only 20 mins away! next please.

i tell you...bathroom and kitchen stuffs are so expensive - and these are on sale & from China! i bought kitchen tap, soap dispenser, & few other stuffs. hope J will be able to fit them in nicely on the kitchen countertop but wait...is J going to be constructing the kitchen? which each passing day, my trust in J dwindles as she continues to pass one deadline after another. i have yet to see the kitchen drawing after 3 weeks. the quotations on the doors take forever to come - till today! oh well, this Sat i will see another cabinet maker and let's hope i have good vibes from this one.
